1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to this website (the "Site"), operated by Actually Integrated ("we", "us", "our"). The Site is a browser-based tool for building visual pages and dashboards; it runs entirely in your browser and does not have a backend server. See also our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

We do not operate a server, and we do not collect, store, or have access to any personal information you enter while using the Site. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, and nothing you build or type is transmitted to us. Everything you create is stored only in your own browser (via localStorage) unless you choose to export or download it yourself.

The only data collection that occurs on this Site is carried out by the third-party advertising and analytics providers described below — not by us directly.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Strictly necessary storage. We use your browser's local storage to autosave your in-progress work so it survives an accidental page reload. This is not a tracking cookie, is never sent to any server, and is not used for advertising or analytics. It does not require consent under applicable cookie laws because it is strictly necessary to provide the functionality you requested.

Advertising cookies. If this Site displays ads served by Google (see Section 4), Google and its advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as device identifiers) in your browser. We ask for your consent to these before they are used — see "Manage Cookie Preferences" (Section 6) below.

4. Google AdSense and Advertising

This Site may use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to display ads. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Unlike a typical consent setup, declining here means Google's advertising code is never even loaded — you will see no ads at all, not merely non-personalized ones, and nothing is sent to Google for advertising purposes. This Site uses Vercel Web Analytics (provided by Vercel Inc.) to gather aggregate, anonymized visit statistics — for example page views, referring pages, approximate geographic region, and device/browser type. This service is cookieless: it does not use cookies or any persistent identifier to track you individually or across other websites, and it does not collect personal information. 7. Your Rights Under GDPR / UK GDPR (EEA and UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to: access the personal data a controller holds about you; request correction or deletion of it; restrict or object to its processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (which will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Because we have no server and collect no personal data ourselves, these requests as they relate to advertising cookies should generally be directed to Google using the links in Section 4, or exercised via your browser's own cookie and site-data controls. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request deletion of it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which, under California law, can include the kind of cross-context behavioral-advertising data sharing that ad networks like Google AdSense perform). Because we do not collect or sell any personal information ourselves, any such request relating to advertising should be directed to Google via the Ads Settings link in Section 4, which functions as this Site's "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data ourselves, since none is collected or transmitted to us. Data you save locally in your browser (via localStorage) persists only on your own device until you clear your browser data or use the Site's own "Start Fresh" option. Retention of any advertising-cookie data is governed by Google's own policies, linked in Section 4.

11. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

This Site lets you embed third-party web pages or apps (for example, via an iframe widget pointed at an address you choose), and lets you connect a project to any API or image URL you choose via Data Connections or a Media window. We have no control over, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, the privacy practices of any third-party address, service, or piece of content you choose to embed, link to, or connect to — including whether it collects data about you or about anyone who later views a page you build or export. Review that provider's own privacy policy separately before connecting to it.

12. Contact

This Site does not collect personal data directly (see Section 2), so there is no support inbox handling data requests about the Site itself. For anything relating to advertising cookies or personalized ads, use the Google links in Section 4 — those requests go to Google directly, since Google is the one actually processing that data.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the effective date at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
