1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Actually Integrated ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), including the disclaimer and liability provisions in Sections 7 and 8. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

2. Description of Service

The Site is a browser-based tool for building visual pages, dashboards, and HMIs. It runs entirely in your browser: there is no backend server, no user accounts, and nothing you build is transmitted to us unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

3. Your Content

Anything you build, design, or configure using the Site — layouts, code, connected data, exported files — is yours. We claim no ownership over it. You're solely responsible for the content you create, connect to, or embed, and for making sure you have the right to use it.

4. Our Intellectual Property

The Site itself — its name, logo, branding, visual design, and underlying software — is owned by Actually Integrated and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Using the Site to build your own content doesn't give you any right to copy, redistribute, or reuse the Site's own branding or software outside of that use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to build, host, or distribute anything unlawful, to infringe someone else's rights, or to interfere with the Site's own operation (including attempting to circumvent, disrupt, or abuse its advertising or embedding features). We may restrict access for use that violates these Terms.

6. Third-Party Links, Embeds, and Advertising

The Site lets you embed third-party pages or apps you choose (for example, via an iframe widget), and may itself display third-party ads. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, availability, or practices of anything third-party you choose to embed or link to — review that provider's own terms separately. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

This includes any API, image, or other address you connect to a project through Data Connections or a Media window. If a URL, service, or piece of content you choose to connect to or embed collects data, exposes information, or otherwise compromises your privacy or that of anyone who views a page you build or export, that is a result of your own choice of what to connect to — not something the Site does, controls, or is responsible for. You are solely responsible for vetting anything you connect to a project before sharing or deploying it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site — and anything you build or export with it — is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site or your exported output will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular use. Test your own exports before relying on them, especially in any control-room, monitoring, or safety-relevant setting.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using the Site, you accept full responsibility for the outcomes of that use — including anything you build, configure, export, or deploy with it, and any decision made or action taken based on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actually Integrated is not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the Site or anything you build with it, including loss of data. Use the Site's own Export/Save feature to keep a real backup of anything you don't want to risk losing (autosave is local-storage-only and isn't a substitute for that).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the effective date at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
